This training program was designed to teach leading healthcare professional’s best practices for collecting, evaluating, and utilizing data in the field of behavioral health. This effort highlighted interactive scenario-driven simulations designed to replicate potential data collection challenges that learners may encounter in the field. To enhance engagement, a “gamification” framework was created to encourage participation through earned “badges” and check points that measured the learners progress through the module based on their acquisition of new skills.
