This immersive sailing simulation is designed to teach beginner sailors the fundamentals of basic maneuvering. Built in an interactive 3D environment, this simulation is designed to mimic the possible conditions in a variety of sailing situations. The learner is tasked with specific maneuvering challenges, in which they must react to sailing conditions (wind speed and direction) by calculating and adjusting the mechanics of their boat (sail angles, steering direction, etc.).
