Season Greetings and Happy Holidays to all of our ICS Learning Group blog readers! Due to the unusual occurrence of Christmas and New Years falling on the weekend this year, the ICS Learning Group offices will be closed on the following dates: Friday, December 24th – Monday, December 27th and Friday, December 31st, but our award-winning technical support will still be available on Monday, December 27th.
We’ll soon be releasing updated reference manuals to help support the most recent version of our Learning Management System, Inquisiq R3. The reference manuals will cover a full range of topics from Administrators and Learners to Content and Reports. All manuals will be available as downloadable PDFs from links on our Inquisiq support website as well as the Resources section of our company website. Look for those updates in early January.
The latest Inquisiq R3 update, version 02.12.10, has been applied to our Hosted SaaS accounts. Our Installed Accounts customers should contact us through our support site for download and installation information.
Thank you all for your support and business through the past year; 2010 was another successful one for us here at ICS Learning Group, and we certainly hope our products and services have likewise made 2010 a fulfilling year for you too!
